Realtor Vida Wakeman began her real estate career with Crye-Leike’s East Nashville branch office in 2019. Coming from the music and service industries, Wakeman’s top priority has always been to deliver superior service to her clients. From the start of her real estate career, Wakeman has consistently implemented her philosophy that real estate should improve people’s lives.

Wakeman is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and has earned the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation qualifying her to work effectively with - and within - today’s diverse real estate market. Wakeman’s passion for helping clients reach their real estate goals and her desire to become more involved in this industry made her Crye-Leike’s Middle Tennessee Rookie of the Year in 2020 and has seen her rise to a TOP 10 PRODUCER for her company in 2021.
